New Features​

  • Patch files can be downloaded on the DMZ server and manually transferred to the File Server for deployment.

Bug Fixes​

  • The QR code is now displayed in the print after adding image in the QR Code print template.

  • The asset owner’s name is now displayed in the event notification when a note is added while approving the asset assignment.

  • ServiceOps ISO now installs successfully on Ubuntu 24 without an internet connection.

  • Users can now change the task status from “Closed” to any other status.

  • The requester’s last reply is now added to the existing conversation thread instead of creating a new email.

  • CXO users’ replies are now correctly added to the existing ticket conversation as responses.

  • The Service Request Approval Details page now appears when clicking “Pending Approval” on the Support Portal home page.

  • The Rich Text area field now correctly displays selected data from multiple tables without errors.

  • The workflow now functions as intended, correctly triggering the configured actions, transitions, and conditions according to the defined rules.
