Motadata ServiceOps Release Version 8.6.0
Release Date: March 07, 2025
What’s New?
New Features
AI
Users can now view similar Incident Requests, Problems, Changes, and Knowledge while creating tickets based on the configured settings. This feature helps users view similar tickets before creating duplicates and access relevant details, such as solutions, to resolve issues more effectively. As a result, it reduces duplicate tickets and speeds up resolution times.
To enable this functionality, a new AI module has been introduced in Motadata ServiceOps, comprising the following sub-modules:
AI Models: Admins can configure AI models to generate embeddings, enabling the identification of similar tickets based on contextual relevance. Motadata ServiceOps supports OpenAI’s embedding model integration, ensuring accurate and intelligent similarity detection.
AI Similarity: The similarity score can be applied when identifying similar tickets. This score will decide and display the list of similar requests, problems, changes, and knowledge while creating a ticket.
